IBM launched Watson Works, a set of products empowered by artificial intelligence and apps to help organisations to return-to-workplace challenges as the COVID-19 lockdown has almost ended. Watson Works helps an employer to manage office space by using real-time data, monitor employee health and maximise the effectiveness of contact tracing. IBM, for the past few years, has been using its AI platform Watson to help its clients make data-driven decisions.
