The IndusInd bank has integrated CRMNEXT platform across all its touchpoints and 2000 branches for better customer services, engagement. Platform’s ‘Customer Action Centre’ will collect customer data from multiple sources thereby enabling the bank to predict its customers’ needs Thus, the bank can create better products, offerings and also automate the customer on-boarding process. Therefore, sales, customer engagement, services will increase, improve.
