Axis Bank has partnered Vernacular.Ai to deploy its multi-lingual BOT on its phone banking IVR. Entitled AXAA, this AI-powered BOT can converse in English, Hindi, Hinglish. It can recognize the nature of customers’ queries using speech recognition, NLP. All this, it can do without human intervention leading to increased efficiency alongside improved customer service. In cases, where AXAA is unable to solve the query, it will redirect the call to human assistants.
