How Rebel Foods uses technology to minimize food wastage

Rebel Foods uses software plus robotics plus automation to prepare food in the kitchen. Its visual AIQC Machine, called SWAT – Size, Weight, Appearance, Temperature – tests the food on these four parameters and approves/rejects it. In case of rejection, it raises a real-time alarm enabling chefs to correct the dish, reducing wastage. Its robotics led frier automatically identifies the food by its shape (image analytics) and adjusts oil temperature accordingly.
