Malaysian airlines group AirAsia is implementing RPA to increase productivity, revenue, cost-saving and to reduce errors. The deployment is done in collaboration with Silicon Valley and India-based JIFFY.ai. It has already implemented end-to-end contactless facilities like contactless payment kiosks, contactless passport scanning and check-ins etc. JIFFY.ai’s AI-enabled automation platform can offer intelligent doc scanning and analytics in a single solution.
