Sensory tech: how Tastry is enabling better CX for itself and other brands

Tastry, using Sensory tech, has actually taught computers to taste and recommend better products to the customers. It uses chemical analysis to identify flavours in products; AI to identify shoppers’ preferences, thereby mapping the preferred flavours with analysed ones. This data is then fed to ML models, that recommend better, customized products to the customers. This tech reversely helps in making products as per requirements, for itself and other brands.
