Insights in Pepperfry’s data analytics platform ‘Athena’

Athena tracks 4 data categories – Demands (customer behaviour etc); Supply (product listings, inventory changes); Transaction (orders placed and revenue collected); Post-transaction interactions (logistics & customer interaction). The platform, using ML models, shows products based on the customer’s previous interactions. Models are continuously updated and tested with previous ones to compare which gives better results. Pricing is also set by data analytics.
