Salesforce has launched its next-gen field service management products to enhance field service. It enables dispatchers to focus on high priority jobs using intelligent dynamic priority scheduling. Einstein Recommendation Builder enables firms to rapidly deploy ML models in customer service. Asset 360, by ServiceMax and Salesforce, manages asset installation, performance etc. Appointment Assistant schedules/optimises customers’ appointments.
