The Karnataka govt would soon launch the cybersecurity policy, Deputy Chief Minister C N Ashwath Narayan said Monday. Govt is rapidly adopting IT solutions for delivering public services. While this has many benefits, the increased adoption also comes associated with significant cyber risks. Karnataka reported the highest number of cybercrimes on a Y-o-Y basis. Bengaluru, aside from being India’s tech hub, is also a subject to highest number of cybercrimes.
