A Cognizant survey said that organisations in India will spend 2.6% of its revenues on building voice capabilities for businesses in the next five years. This is because they expect Voice to drive 6% of revenue during the same period. Covid-19 could have driven the demand from Voice as it will accelerate the shift from “touch” to “voice”. As many as 91% of participants see data security and privacy to be the biggest challenge in their voice journey.
