Amazon told employees across that world that whose who can perform their duties by WFH can do so until June.  “Employees who work in a role that can effectively be done from home are welcome to do so until June 30, 2021”, an Amazon spokeswoman said in an emailed statement on Tuesday. World’s largest online retailer, earlier, had allowed WFH until January. Amazon’s more than 19,000 of its U.S. frontline workers contracted the coronavirus this year.
