Microsoft has added Hindi to its Text Analytics service, part of the Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services. Text Analytics can be used in sentiment analysis, opinion mining, key phrase extraction, language detection, named entity recognition, and Personally Identifiable Information detection. Organisations, with help of the tool, can find out what customers think of their brand. The service, which uses AI and NLP models, can be used for any textual or audio input.
