Kaynes to Invest Rs 2,850 Cr in Chip Unit in Hyderabad and Rs 830 Cr in Mysuru

Kaynes Technology, a leading electronic manufacturing services provider, is set to invest Rs 2,850 crore in a chip unit in Hyderabad and Rs 830 crore in Mysuru. The groundbreaking ceremony for the facility that will have 13 lines for OSAT, and one each for MEMS, sensors, and power modules, will be held in Hyderabad. The Mysuru facility will have 10 lines for OSAT and one each for MEMS, sensors, and power modules.
