China Accuses U.S. of Cyberattacks Stealing Tech Firm Trade Secrets

China's National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team (CNCERT/CC) reports that since May 2023, U.S. cyberattacks have targeted Chinese tech firms, including an advanced materials research unit and a high-tech company in intelligent energy and digital information, resulting in significant trade secret theft. CNCERT/CC serves as China's national computer emergency response team, aiming to prevent and detect cybersecurity threats.
