HCL opens advance-tech innovation centre in Canada; to create 2000 jobs in 3 years

HCL Tech has opened a new innovation centre in Canada to deliver advanced tech solutions to its global client to accelerate its digital transformation journeys. The Noida based firm also plans to create 2,000 jobs in Canada in the next three years. Joelien Jose, EVP & Country Head – Canada, HCL Tech said that the centre will provide next-gen services like digital and analytics solutions, cloud consulting and migration, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and apps services.

ServiceNow to acquire Canadian startup Element AI

ServiceNow to acquire Element AI, an AI company with deep capabilities. The acquisition will help ServiceNow’s to build an intelligent workflow platform, enabling smarter and faster work, streamline business decisions, and unlock new levels of productivity. Element AI will also apply AI to text and language, chat, images, search, question response, and summarisation to accelerate AI innovation in the Now Platform. Together, they will also create an AI Innovation Hub in Canada.

Deloitte India announces the acquisition plan of UK’s Keytree

Deloitte announced its plan to acquire Keytree – UK-based tech consultancy firm with offices in India, Spain, Australia and Canada. It provides digital transformation services in new-age techs like data analytics, cloud and robotics. This deal will combine Deloitte and Keytree’s capabilities to create the largest SAP-enabled transformation practice in the UK and in Europe. Also, enabling Deloitte to grow its client support and digital transformation services.
