GlobalLogic appoints Ajit Mahale as VP-Engineering for Western India region

GlobalLogic has appointed Ajit Mahale as VP – Engineering, for the Western India region. In his new role, Ajit will head a team of 700 people and oversee delivery, ops, engineering and drive profitable growth in – Nagpur, Pune, and Mumbai. He has over 20 years of experience and was working with Capgemini as the Chief Delivery Executive of Banking & Capital Markets Business and managed a portfolio of over 400 mn Euros.

This is how GlobalLogic is using AI to cut talent acquisition time drastically

V. Padmanabhan, VP – Engineering, GlobalLogic led team has created AI and ML tools to look for candidates certifications, present and past companies, their research papers to create a summary of thousands of resume just through systems. A team of 10 professionals took at least a few weeks to look at 1000 resumes, do talent identification for fitment into the roles. In the new automated system, the efforts have come down to a day or two.

GlobalLogic acquires UK-based ECS Group

GlobalLogic announced the acquisition of London based ECS Group to further its European presence, expand financial services footprint and add cloud offerings to its portfolio. ECS delivers cloud based digital solutions, while keeping focus on data analytics and customer experience. Founded in 2008 and having 650 people, ECS will continue to operate independently, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of GlobalLogic. The financials of the deal were not disclosed.

Radhakrishnan joins GlobalLogic as the Chief Revenue Officer

Industry Veteran, Rajaram Radhakrishanan aka Raj will serve as the CRO at GlobalLogic. Raj has been in many leadership positions, the latest being at Cognizant. There, he was the Senior VP and Global Head of Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy, and Utilities. He has also worked with Keane, Covansys and TCS and served in Asia, Europe and North America. In his new role, Raj will head marketing functions like Branding, Marketing, Sales, Channel and Strategic Partnerships.
