Thermax digitisation initiative has three parts 1) Employee Automation: Human capital management is completely automated, as employees can sell tech better when they see its benefits. 2) Business Automation: Sri City factory is fully automated and digitalised to ensure operations can be governed. 3) Customer engagement: tech is embedded in the product itself. Besides digital marketing, enquiry management, CRM system have helped in engagement.
Energy and environmental solution provider Thermax has a new app for employee well-being. Said Prosenjit Sengupta, Chief Digital Officer, Thermax, “We had very quickly developed an app called, ‘Thermsafe’. And it helps with the self-declaration of the employees through some questions about their health.” Based on employee health data and features built into the app, it prompts the employees to take action such as if it’s okay for them to go to the office on any day.
