Incoming LTIMindtree CEO Venugopal Lambu Unveils 90-Day 'Fit-for-Future' Strategy

Venugopal Lambu, the CEO-designate of LTIMindtree, has outlined a 90-day plan focusing on deepening client relationships, enhancing the organization's agility to secure large deals, and positioning the company as an AI-first enterprise by leveraging generative AI technologies. Set to assume leadership in November 2025, Lambu is also formulating a five-year strategic roadmap and a 2030 vision for the firm.
