63,000-plus robots at Accenture’s operations

<p>Economic times reported that Accenture&rsquo;s operations division has a robot workforce of 63,000, the largest in the industry. Manish Sharma, head of the $6 bn unit and 141,000 employees, said that robots will not be replacing humans resources. In Accenture&nbsp;MRPT &mdash; measurable, repeatable, predictable and transaction work &mdash; will be assigned to robots under the supervision of people. &nbsp;&ldquo;I don&rsquo;t want my people to do boring jobs,&quot; he said.</p>
