Singapore's Authorities shut down ATMs dispensing cryptocurrency
<p>Cryptocurrency ATMs in Singapore are being closed down in efforts to limit consumer marketing of crypto. To comply with the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s(MAS) request, Daenerys & Co., Singapore’s biggest operator of the machines, ceased its services. While replying to questions asked by Bloomberg, the company said that MAS's guidelines regarding ATMs were unexpected. The notion of trading crypto quickly and easily didn't sit well with the regulators.</p>
