Credit Card Payments Lead in Value on Bharat Connect Platform

Credit card bill payments have become the largest category by value on Bharat Connect, accounting for 64% of transactions. Electricity bill payments and loan repayments each constitute around 13%. In terms of transaction volume, electricity payments lead with 28%, followed by credit card payments and Fastag recharges. This shift follows regulatory directives that moved third-party credit card bill payments to the Bharat Connect platform.
