Omnichannel eyewear retailer Lenskart is preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) with a target valuation of $10 billion, doubling its previous valuation from the last funding round. The company plans to file its draft red herring prospectus by May 2025, aiming to list within the calendar year. CEO Peyush Bansal and key investors have been discussing the valuation with bankers managing the $1 billion public offering.
