Amazon to set up new data center in Gilroy, California

<p>Amazon is planning to expand its data center suite in the US as it has proposed the idea of setting up a data center in the City of Gilroy, California. The proposal says that the cloud computing giant is planning to build a completely new site with enough space for two data center buildings. These data centers will expand AWS availability on the West Coast and each will have a capacity of up to 49MW of equipment along with a dedicated security building.&nbsp;</p>
