Bezos's successor Andy Jassy inheriting his challenges, rewards

<p>Andy Jassy is taking over Amazon from Jeff Bezos at a time where the company faces scrutiny due to its increasing influence. The incumbent played an important role in founding AWS in 2003. The company said his transition will be smooth and was a well-planned move. Jassy is set to receive 61,000 shares as a 10-year payment, worth $200mn. Amazon has been criticized for its strict work environment while they boast a minimum $15 wage.</p> <p> </p>
