Google Cloud and Oracle servers face cooling breakdowns during UK heatwave

<p>Cooling-related failures plagued Google Cloud and Oracle servers in the UK as the region battled record-breaking heat that reached as high as 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees Celsius). Both businesses attribute the unexpected shutdowns to the temperature. Although it's unclear how many users each outage is affecting, it may be problematic for consumers whose websites are hosted by Oracle and Google Cloud services.</p>
