How different strategy enabled L&T Technology Services’ swift cloud migration

<p>LTTS was an early adopter of cloud technology since its partnership with Azure in 2017, as said by COO and board member Abhishek Sinha. The pandemic finally gave them a necessary reason to move to the cloud ASAP. They were able to implement work-from-home solutions swiftly because of their faster migration to the cloud. The talent requirement was dealt with in-house upskilling and reskilling its existing workforce to gain more insight and expertise in cloud technologies.</p>
