Talent scarcity hurting cloud innovation in India

<p>The advent of the Covid-19 pandemic has led many firms to turn to cloud technology in order to sustain their business. This has led to immense demand in the sector. As per a report by NASSCOM, the capacity for cloud talent is above 600,000 as of FY2021. But there is obvious lagging in supply as seen by the fact that out of those 600,000, there are more than 250,000 open positions. The demand for cloud solutions is still on the rise, not only in India but all over the world.</p>
