Tata Play attributes cloud driven strategy for success during the pandemic
<p>Tata Play, previously Tata Sky, has created a mark in the Indian OTT ecosystem providing a mix of TV as well as OTT content. Dwarka Srinath, CIO of Tata Play said that they had to introduce several digital technologies to stay ahead during the pandemic. They introduced services like WhatsApp platform, Self-service chat, WFH contact centers among others. He revealed that they are customers of AWS from 2008 and using their Data platform and visualization, ML ops etc.</p>
