Amazon Requests Digital Data Shield in ED Investigation

<p>Amazon Seller Services filed a petition with the Supreme Court to have its privileged and confidential digital data protected. In a FEMA violation investigation dating back to 2014, the ED is looking for the data. The business claims that the ED has been &quot;summoning and compelling&quot; several of its employees, to provide private information. The business wishes to have its constitutional and fundamental rights, particularly its right to privacy, protected.</p>
