Amazon Requests Digital Data Shield in ED Investigation
<p>Amazon Seller Services filed a petition with the Supreme Court to have its privileged and confidential digital data protected. In a FEMA violation investigation dating back to 2014, the ED is looking for the data. The business claims that the ED has been "summoning and compelling" several of its employees, to provide private information. The business wishes to have its constitutional and fundamental rights, particularly its right to privacy, protected.</p>
