Anti-competitive complaint filed against Google, Apple in Mexico

<p>Apple and Google are facing a probe for anti-competitive actions in Mexico. Mony de Swaan Addati, former head of the telecommunication federation, filed the complaint with the nation&#39;s telecom regulating authority.
