Apple to challenge Brazilian court's order to prohibit selling Phones without charger

<p>Apple Inc. announced that it will challenge a Brazilian court&#39;s decision prohibiting it from selling iPhones without a battery charger. This comes in response to criticism that it sells consumers defective products. The Justice Ministry ordered Apple to stop selling the iPhone 12 and subsequent models and fined the corporation 12.275M reais ($2.38M). Additionally, it added the suspension of sales for any iPhone model that does not include a charger.</p>
