Apple will pay $50M to settle lawsuit over its older MacBook keyboards

<p>Late in the year, 2019 MacBooks included an upgraded keyboard that Apple had introduced. Customers, however, had filed a class-action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of Northern California in San Jose, claiming that the business was aware of the vulnerability of its butterfly keys and had disguised this information. Apple recently announced to put an end to the dispute by agreeing to pay $50M to resolve the matter without pleading guilty.</p>
