Baidu exceeds estimated revenue on back of AI, cloud growth

<p>Baidu has announced that they have beat quarterly revenue estimates in Q4 2021. Total growth was about&nbsp; 33B yuan which was more than the 32B yuan forecast by the analysts. The company attributed this growth to its increase in cloud business as well as new Ai initiatives. The Chinese giant also revealed that revenue from its search engine service grew by 12% and advertisement revenue grew by 1%. The company is also making money by supplying its Apollo system to Volvo and Ford.</p>
