EA CEO: Battlefield 2042 fails to meet expectations

<p>EA CEO, Andrew Wilson said that Battlefield 2042 did not meet expectations. EA recent quarter reported positive earnings as Apex Legends and FIFA continue to be top hits. Battlefield 2042 launched in Nov 2021 and it features a large-scale multiplayer battle we expect from the franchise. But there were several other features like dynamic weather which increased the complexity of the game and on top of that the game was developed remotely because of the Covid-19&nbsp;pandemic.</p>
