Former Nikola CEO Accused of Scamming Investors

<p>Trevor Milton was found guilty by a federal jury of misleading investors by fabricating the purported technical accomplishments of Nikola, which he founded. Mr. Milton was found guilty on two counts of wire fraud and one count of securities fraud, the most serious of which carries a 20-year maximum prison sentence.&nbsp;Mr. Milton, conned investors that Nikola was close to manufacturing long-haul trucks that could run without emissions on inexpensive hydrogen.</p>
