Government Notifies Changes To IT Rules 2021

<p>The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules of 2021 were amended by the Central Government, bringing about substantial modifications to the Rules&#39; grievance redressal process. The Information Technology Amendment Rules, 2022 were issued in the official gazette in this respect. The modification calls for the creation of a Grievance Appellate Committee under the recently enacted Rule 3A.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
