Investigate Unregulated Loan Apps with Domain Experts: Center to States/UTs

<p>The home ministry has asked the relevant law enforcement agencies to engage subject matter experts in the investigation of complaints after drawing &quot;urgent attention&quot; of all states and Union territories towards illegal and unregulated digital lending applications, mostly controlled by Chinese entities. According to the Home Ministry, these applications prey on weak and low-income individuals and utilise the borrower&#39;s private information.</p>
