Qualcomm announces support for India’s NavIC Satellite Navigation System

<p>American chipmaker Qualcomm Technologies in collaboration with ISRO announced support for India&rsquo;s Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS), Navigation with Indian Constellation (NavIC), across the company&rsquo;s upcoming portfolio. Qualcomm, reportedly, will start the manufacture of chipset from the start of November. This chipset platform starting 2019 is expected to be available during the first half of 2020, said ISRO in a statement.</p>
