Ravi Shankar Prasad claims Twitter denied him access for an hour

<p>Union IT minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said he was denied access to his Twitter account for an hour on the basis of a violation of a US copyright law. Subsequently, he was given access. He said that now he understands why Twitter isn&#39;t willing to comply with the new IT rules of India and that is because they won&#39;t be able to suspend accounts that do not suit their agenda. He also said Twitter&rsquo;s actions were a violation of Rule 4(8) of the IT rules, 2021.<br /> <br /> <br /> &nbsp;</p>
