Softbank’s executives to leave boards of Paytm, Policybazaar

<p>SoftBank Group representatives will resign from the boards of Paytm, the digital payments company, and the online insurance aggregator Policybazaar. According to a source, the decision is part of SoftBank&#39;s global strategy to vacate the boards of most of its publicly traded portfolio firms, with the Japanese tech behemoth expecting fewer regulatory challenges to deal with as a result. SoftBank will retain their shareholding in the said companies.</p>
