Tech firms could be banned from EU for breaching rules: Industry Chief

<p>Tech companies could face banned from EU marketing for violating EU regulations, said Europe&rsquo;s Industry chief Thierry Breton. With the new Digital Services Act and the Digital Market Act, the online companies need to follow a set of dos and don&rsquo;ts, forcing them to share their data with rivals and regulators and not to promote their services and products unethically. The new rule is a response to criticism received by US tech giant Google.</p>
