To Remove Ambiguity, Revised Telecom bill Should Define OTT Communication Services: COAI

<p>The Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) made a proposal for a regulation of all OTT players,&nbsp;including those who utilize a lot of bandwidth, such as Netflix, and communication over the top (OTT) players like WhatsApp.&nbsp;While praising the inclusion of OTT communication services in the proposed Indian Telecommunication Bill, 2022, the industry association stated that OTT communication services needed to be specified in order to eliminate any potential ambiguity.</p>
