Twitter's India policy head steps down amid stand-off with govt

<p>Twitter&#39;s Public Policy Director for India and South Asia Mahima Kaul has resigned to pursue other interests, the microblogging site said in a statement. Twitter has also advertised a position for public policy director - India last week. This has come at a time when the internet firm is at the receiving end of the Indian govt over an issue of blocking and unblocking certain handles tweeting about farmer protests.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
