Survey Shows That Only One In Three Employees Around The World Are Happy With Their Salary

<p>Only 32% of workers worldwide are content with their present salaries, according to a recent poll. The poll, which was carried out by the consulting company Gartner Inc., also revealed that a significant lack of trust between employees and their bosses is the major cause of the perception of injustice among them.<br /> The business interviewed 3500 workers for the poll. The main causes were identified as toxic culture, low inclusion, inadequate work-life balance, etc.</p>
