10% of IT budget should be used for Cybersecurity: Rear Admiral Mohit Gupta

<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;">Chief of Defence Cyber Agency of India, Rear Admiral Mohit Gupta on Thursday said the government should start using 10 per cent of the total IT budget for cybersecurity. He stressed over this issue to improve the cybersecurity system of the country. The present IT act does not talk much about cybersecurity hence there should be such act in the country. Gupta also spoke about the importance of cybersecurity in education and added, it should be part of the school curriculum. </span></span></p>
