Apple's privacy policies have drawn criticism

<p>Apple positions itself as a privacy savior, however critics claim that its own advertising goals are based on unfair competition. Last month, two developers going by the name "Mysk" claimed that Apple was tracking customers' every tap on the App Store and that there was no way to turn the feature off. The court rejected the claim that Apple's policies were intrinsically anti-competitive but still looked into whether Apple treats its own apps preferentially.<br /> </p>
