Apple's privacy policies have drawn criticism

<p>Apple positions itself as a privacy savior, however critics claim that its own advertising goals are based on unfair competition. Last month, two developers going by the name &quot;Mysk&quot; claimed that Apple was tracking customers&#39; every tap on the App Store and that there was no way to turn the feature off. The court rejected the claim that Apple&#39;s policies were intrinsically anti-competitive but still looked into whether Apple treats its own apps preferentially.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
