Australia to Establish New Cybersecurity Agency and Revamp Cybersecurity Rules

<p>Australia plans to overhaul its cybersecurity regulations and establish a new agency to address the increasing threat of cyber attacks. The new agency named the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD), will replace the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) and will have a broader scope to cover both government and critical infrastructure. The reform aims to strengthen the country&#39;s cybersecurity posture and better protect against cyber threats.</p>
