Canada investigates cyberattack on Global Affairs Department

<p>Canada&#39;s Treasury Board said an attack on the computer systems of the country&#39;s Global Affairs Department last week prevented some diplomats from accessing certain online functions. As part of the mitigation measures, the board stated that access to a very limited number of internet-based services will remain restricted.
