China Blocks Internet Anticensorship Tools

<p>According to the censorship monitoring organization Great Firewall (GFW) Report, users of a number of well-known censorship circumvention tools are reporting that their servers are being blocked in what appears to be an escalation of China&#39;s crackdown on such tools ahead of this month&#39;s 20th party congress. More than 100 users have claimed that the servers hosting the tools, which are engineered to not be detected by China&#39;s Great Firewall, have been banned.</p>
