Cyberattack on Prestigious Indian Hospital Exposes Security Risk

<p>After a cyberattack rendered its operations unusable for nearly two weeks, AIIMS limped back to normalcy on Wednesday. Since the federal program's debut in September 2021 to digitise medical records, more than 173,000 hospitals have registered with it. According to experts, digitising the entire healthcare system without adequately securing it could effectively destroy a hospital since hospitals may lack the knowledge needed to secure digital security.</p>
